Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the request must be initiated within this period.

Eligible Item Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include original packaging and all tags intact.

  • Not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Return Conditions

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.

  • Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring the returned item meets our conditions.

  • Selllora reserves the right to deny refunds or offer partial refunds if items do not meet return criteria.

Exclusions

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked explicitly as final sale.

  • Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that, in some cases, banks or payment providers might take an additional 3–7 business days to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable or expired, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Selllora is not responsible if the returned item gets lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Items showing minor signs of use, missing parts, or original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to improper packaging when returned.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to our Print-On-Demand model. Please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible as your order will be processed for production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@selllora.com. Include your order number, photos clearly showing the issue, and a brief description. We’ll promptly resolve the matter by providing you with a replacement or issuing a full refund.
