Processing Time

We process orders between 2 to 4 business days, from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Please note, orders placed after our 4:00 PM PT cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

Your orders will be shipped securely and quickly through trusted carriers, including:

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • USPS

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Our standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business days from Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT). Please allow for slight variations depending on your specific location within the United States.

Note: Delivery times provided are estimates only. Factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, and shipping carrier delays, may cause variations.

Shipping Costs

  • Enjoy FREE shipping for orders totaling $199 or more.

  • For orders below $199, a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $8 applies.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can easily track the progress of your shipment directly on our shipping partners’ websites or through your Selllora account.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note, we currently only ship within the United States. Additionally, due to limitations, certain remote or restricted areas might require extra processing time or specific shipping arrangements.

Delays & Exceptions

We strive to adhere strictly to our shipping timelines, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays. We will inform you promptly if there’s any significant delay in shipping your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Should your package arrive damaged, lost, or not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@selllora.com. Provide your order details, tracking information, and clear photos (if applicable), so we can swiftly resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We offer shipping to PO Boxes via USPS. Please note that certain restrictions might apply based on the package size and carrier limitations.

Taxes

A sales tax of 6% will be applied to your order at checkout, adhering to local regulations.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@selllora.com. Changes requested after this timeframe may not be possible as orders move swiftly into production due to our Print-On-Demand model.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If your order cannot be delivered successfully and is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address details, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges for redelivery.

International Shipping

Currently, Selllora does not provide international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
